WhatsApp & Communications Policy
This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. It explains how we handle enquiries, quotations and documents shared with us over WhatsApp and other messaging channels.
1. WhatsApp is a primary channel for us
Our operations team uses WhatsApp to receive customer requirements, share quotations, and exchange logistics documents. By messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to us processing your data for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and delivering the requested services.
Our official WhatsApp number is +968 9926 3071. Please confirm you are messaging this official number before sharing commercially sensitive documents.
2. Meta / WhatsApp is a separate controller
When you contact us on WhatsApp, your data is also processed by Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Meta acts as a separate controller for that processing, and we are not responsible for Meta's privacy or security practices. We use WhatsApp in line with the WhatsApp Business policies.
3. Consent
We rely on your explicit consent to process personal data, including to contact you via WhatsApp. Sending us a requirement, a request for a quotation, or a document through WhatsApp constitutes your consent to process that information to respond to your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Marketing is opt-in only
We send commercial or marketing messages on WhatsApp, SMS or email only where you have given separate, explicit consent. Marketing consent is never a condition of receiving our services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to our message, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Once you opt out, we stop sending marketing messages immediately and free of charge.
5. What to send (and what not to send)
- Please send only information relevant to your logistics requirement.
- Please do not send card numbers, bank details, passport copies or other sensitive personal data through WhatsApp. If we require such data we will use a secure method and a specific lawful basis.
- Proof of delivery, packing lists and similar documents may be exchanged, but avoid unnecessary third-party personal data (e.g. individual ID numbers) unless required.
6. Message delivery, frequency and rates
We are a business, and we reply during operational hours. Message frequency varies with your enquiry. If you are communicating over mobile data or roaming, message and data rates may apply according to your carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Opting out and help
- Reply STOP to stop receiving marketing messages from us. Reply START to resume.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or +968 9926 3071.
- Opting out of marketing does not stop us from responding to a service enquiry or from sending service-related messages needed to complete a movement you have requested.
8. We never sell your number
We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, messaging opt-in data or consent records to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf to deliver messages, or as required by law.
9. Retention and your rights
Chat transcripts and shared documents are retained only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations (approximately 3 months, or longer where required for an active contract, customs or legal requirements), after which they are deleted. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time as set out in our Privacy Policy. We respond within 45 days.
