4. Communications and consent
By providing your contact details, you consent to us contacting you via telephone, email, SMS or WhatsApp to respond to your enquiry and to coordinate services. You are not required to consent to marketing as a condition of our services. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. See our WhatsApp & Communications Policy.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and lawful cargo and movement information.
- Ensure cargo is properly packed, declared and documented, including customs and dangerous-goods requirements.

6. Compliance, sanctions and the law
In accordance with the laws of Oman, we do not provide services to sanctioned countries or parties. Enquiries are subject to compliance screening, and we may decline any request that would be unlawful or restricted.
We handle personal data in accordance with the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its Executive Regulations. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how to exercise them.
